We have products available on Redbubble and Society6. The majority of these items can be shipped internationally.
However, at this time items directly shipped via Bookish Freaks can only be sent to locations within the UK, USA or Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience this will cause.

The Following information applies only to the website Bookish Freaks

  • Orders will be dispatched from the United Kingdom.
  • Deliveries within the United Kingdom should arrive within 1-5 working days.*
  • We will dispatch the majority of orders within 24-48hours.
  • Orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday.
  • If your order is destined for a United Kingdom address, we offer Free Delivery on all orders over £45, excluding shipping. This only applies to a single order, destined for a single address.
  • We cannot promise dispatch on Saturday, Sunday, or UK Bank Holidays.
  • We cannot promise receipt on Saturday, Sunday or UK Bank Holidays.
  • Furthermore, we currently do NOT offer next day delivery.
  • You may be local to the Manchester area, unfortunately, we do not have a facility for you to pick up orders or return them at our place of business.
  • We will not ship to P.O boxes.
  • To avoid rejected deliveries, please ask your employer for permission before requesting shipments to your work address.
  • International orders are sent via the fastest available service to that country. Please note that the speed of delivery will depend almost entirely upon your own country's postal service. Please be prepared for delivery taking anything from 2 working days to one month.
  • All orders within the EU will be charged VAT. Bookish Freaks are obliged to levy these charges by law. Deliveries to destinations outside the UK, and EU will not be charged VAT in this store but, may incur customs & import, VAT charges at their port of delivery.
  • Bookish Freaks, have no control over import duties and customs charges that you may incur. It is the recipient's responsibility to pay these charges, neither Bookish Freaks nor Riberry Ltd or any of its directors or shareholders will be responsible for these charges now or at any time in the future. If you require further details, please contact your domestic customs office.
  • Countries outside the UK, and the EU, may be subject to VAT, import duties, and local and federal taxes. 
  • You are responsible for checking that any products that you order comply with your local regional, state and country laws. We are unable to offer assistance. If any item is confiscated by your local customs authority, we will not be liable, and you will not receive a refund. 
  • For all United Kingdom orders, we must ask that you wait for 15 working days, (3 weeks), BEFORE you report that your order has not been received. Do, please check with your neighbours and your local sorting office or post office FIRST before contacting us.
  • For all other countries, please allow 28 days before contacting us about non-receipt.

If you are not in when a delivery is attempted, your package cannot fit through the letter-box or requires a signature, your courier will leave a card. In most cases, your courier will attempt to redeliver the next day, Mon-Fri if Royal Mail or Mon-Sun if possible. If you want to rearrange delivery, you may do so by either calling the number on the card or visiting the courier's website. In some cases, you may be able to pick up the item from the courier directly.

Royal Mail may leave your package at the nearest sorting office or Post Office. They will advise what action has been taken on your courier card. You will need to take ID with you to retrieve your package. Usually, ID can be a current Passport, driving licence, debit or credit card, this list is not exhaustive. If you do not retrieve your package with 7 working days, it may be returned to us. We will charge an additional shipping fee if we have to resend a package.
